It is a herbal preparation used to treat infections of female reproductive organs like Leukorrhea, PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), Candida vulvovaginitis, Bacterial vaginosis & Cervicitis and Leukorrhea. Lodh Tree (Lodhra) has potent antimicrobial action against bacteria responsible for leukorrhea associated with bacterial vaginosis and PID.Black Plum (Jambu) and Vetiver (Ushira) have potent antifungal action against commonly involved fungi in leukorrhea associated with candida vulvovaginitis. Ginger (Sunthi) possesses antispasmodic property, which is helpful in relieving spasms and cramps in leukorrhea associated with chronic cervicitis and PID.
