Bean to Bar is a process where we make our chocolate in-house with Cocoa Beans sourced from the Idukki region of Kerala to pair perfectly with Omani dates.
This chocolate is sweetened with Dates, which are naturally sweet and contain natural fiber. In contrast, regular chocolates are either sweetened with harmful artificial sweeteners (that come with an advisory) or refined sugar (which has a very high glycemic index and zero fiber).
This chocolate is Vegan and contains no dairy or any ingredients that are animal-derived.
